Our process may vary depending on the requirements needed for each flooring project. However, every installation encompasses meticulous surface preparation followed by our advanced multi-layered system

Surface Preparation

We diamond grind with coarse, medium and fine diamonds to achieve a smooth finish and a mechanical bond that connects the coating to the concrete surface

First Layer

Apply coat 1 of Industrial grade two component epoxy primer

Second Layer

Apply coat 2 of Industrial grade coating with aluminum oxide

Design Layer

Depending on the desired look, we’ll apply a solid color, metallic blend, or multi-colored chips

Protective Layer

Apply coat 3 (top coat) of high solids chemical resistant industrial grade coating with aluminum oxide and UV absorber for fade & slip resistance, and reduced wear
